2. Free Estimates & On-Site Inspections
Non-Binding Quotes: Any “online estimate” or ballpark figure provided via the website or digital communication is preliminary and for budgetary purposes only.
Physical Inspection Required: A binding contract for roofing, siding, or remodeling services is only established after a physical on-site inspection is completed and a formal written agreement is signed by both parties.
Property Access: By requesting an estimate, you grant Whispering Stream Construction LLC permission to access the exterior of your property for the purpose of inspection and measurement.
3. Manufacturer Warranties & Brand Partnerships
Elite Preferred Status: As a James Hardie® Elite Preferred Contractor, we are vetted to install fiber cement siding according to strict manufacturer standards to protect your 30-year product warranty.
Metal Roofing Systems: We utilize Premier Metals products. Specific warranties (such as 40-year paint or 50-year structural substrate warranties) are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their specific terms and product requirements.
Independent Business: Whispering Stream Construction LLC is an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of James Hardie, Premier Metals, or ProVia.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, and project photos of our Northeast Ohio installations, is the property of Whispering Stream Construction LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without express written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
